Delivery Details

1. Delivery options and prices are as follows:
        a. Orders below £20 are shipped standard delivery at £4.95.  
        b. Orders £20 and above are shipped Next Day Express Delivery at £9.95 if ordered before midday.
        c. Orders can be shipped next day before midday at £17.95 if ordered before midday.
        d. Orders can be delivered Saturday Next Day Express at £23.95 if ordered before midday Friday.
        e. Orders to the Isle of Wight are delivered Next Day Express at £18.95.
        f. Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands are shipped on 3 day delivery at £37.95.

PLEASE BE AWARE - WE SHIP AT EARLIEST THE NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, SO WILL RECEIVE YOUR TREE AT MINIMUM TWO DAYS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.
(eg. Order placed Tuesday 7th December, will be shipped Wednesday 8th December and will arrive Thursday 9th December)

2. We deliver to the UK Only. No overseas orders other than those specified in the delivery options will be processed.

3. We aim to deliver on the preferred delivery date stated in checkout, but cannot guarantee this.  Due to the extremely busy christmas period, orders may be delivered on the previous or next day to your preferred delivery date.  The preferred delivery date set in checkout is a guide only.

4. Goods must be checked for damage prior to signing for the delivery and refused if damaged.  Any goods signed for and accepted cannot be declared as damaged on arrival.

5. A refused delivery for any other reason than wrongly despatched or damaged goods will be refunded, but minus the cost of delivery and returning of the product to Northern Christmas Trees.

6. If an unattended delivery is authorised by the purchaser, by instruction in the checkout process, Northern Christmas Trees are not responsible for any subsequent damage or theft of these items following instruction after delivery.

7. In the event no person is available to accept the order and no consent has been given for an unattended delivery, the courier will leave a card with their contact information. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise a suitable delivery date and time.  Redelivery of the goods may incur a charge of £11 per attempt. No refunds will be given for failure to adhere to these courier instructions, which could result in the disposal of the goods.

8. In the event of goods damaged in transit, you must retain the product and any packaging and you must inform us within 2 working days of delivery.  We will then arrange a refund or product replacement.

9. Our first delivery date this year is 29th November 2010.  Any customers ordering products for delivery before this date will be contacted and rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

10. We do not accept any returns after 23rd December.

11. Although rare, we try and resolve any issues, as efficiently and courteously as possible.  Any issues with your order must be reported to Northern Christmas Trees Immediately. Please bear in mind, this is a very busy period for Northern Christmas Trees, although we aim to answer all queries the same day (in extreme cases within a 24 hour period).
